Laughter

Last meeting, I had the opportunity to discuss my interpretation of the quote:

"He who laughs, lives".

Recently I've been having problems with a family friend of mine. For weeks, I couldn't concentrate in my classes; I haven't been able to focus on the more important aspects of life.
I just wasn't myself and I don't think I could be for a while.
In class, I remember discussing how much difference a laugher can make versus one who is depressed. My mom noticed that I even age. I don't ever want to feel that way ever again.
