Free writing: The benefits of using a word processor

Being able to use a word processor is a great advantage for many humans being no one is perfect. One of many benefits of using a word processor is that it helps you spell words correctly. Another great benefit is that it helps you type grammatically correct. Take for example, this free writing exercise, I have made many mistakes with my spelling and grammar and it has been automatically corrected for me. Being that I type rather fast, I tend to misspell of simply miss a word in a sentence. Giving thanks to this word processor, some of my errors are automatically corrected for me. With this exercise, I am able to help myself learn from all the errors and try to fix it in the future when using the word processor. Adding to the benefits of using word processors is how it helps you space your work properly, helps you use headers and footers correctly, and it even helps you choose the proper page layout for whatever kind of document you choose to put together. Or if in the event you type a list of words and want and easier way to alphabetize it, word processors give you that helping hand, or in this case “ helping selection”. If you need to find something in a folder of documents, word processors give you that option. Word processors basically give you many options for putting documents together, from page layout to paragraph setting to styles to editing and many more useful tips and options.
