Studying for my philosophy test.
Today was my philosophy test and I feel that I have a passing grade. Prior to the test, I was very distracted and just could not concentrate on studying over the weekend. All I did was think about having fun. So, I did an outline and the questions after each chapter, which helped me out. I did not have time and concentration to read over 50 pages. Over the weekend while I was at home, I would open my book and read at least 5 minutes then stop, put my book down then open it and close it, then open and close it. This was going on for 2 hours. My mind was just on something else to do. But I think my notes helped me and I think that I passed, if I did not then, I can say " I tried to ".

I understand what you mean about opening and closing the book. I have a toddler and an infant. My husband works all week long and there is really no time to study. When I do have the time I am busy thinking about relaxing and having fun during the weekend. This past weekend was a bad weekend for me and my family. We were sick, my baby went to the emergency room.
Well on a different note at least you tried. That is what matters.
To be honest, I don't understand Philosophy. Maybe, I'm just not interested. Hope you passed!
Get well soon to you and your family , especially your baby.
I could relate to you. I am taking Asian Philosophy right now and I am having a hard time concentrating. :( But it's good for you that you tried! :D Hope you did well.
