Workshop time.

To start off my day I had to wake up early to attend The IRA's workshop ... extra credit for Dr.Rivera's class, YAY! I felt lucky enough to even go and participate to assist Dr.Rivera during her presentation. All along I kept telling myself it was meant to be, since I'm interested in majoring in education. The experience was new to me but a learning one as well. I got to see both my Aunties there as well as former teachers I had in middle and highschool. I enjoyed myself in also getting to know the other volunteers from our class. I cannot wait to be more involved in such an event like this.

Hope everyone is having a great weekeend so far, I know I am.

That is great that you got to get involved with activities that are of interest to your major. I wish I could be more involved with my major. Well there are some activities like a couple of weeks I got to witness Vern Perez become a judge. Although the Judicial system is not apart of what I would like as a career.

Good luck on the test! See you in class on Tuesday.
