Another moodle session...

First off... how do you think you did on the test given on Tuesday? Hope you have a little confidence in yourself.

Today's moodle session was good in a sense. I read and understood to the best of my knowledge about exemplification. Using examples in our writing helps the readers better understand the material rather than them reading something simple without examples. I would prefer to read something that provides examples so that I would get a better understanding of the material. Also in reading Yegavian's essay, I was able to see how exemplification works. He used this process to its full extent. Most his essay was written using exemplifications.

Now to blog about the Midterm Self-Reflection Paper... How did everyone feel they did on theirs? I hope you all have as much confidence as I have about mine. I have thought about doing this paper since we were first told about it. Unlike the "All About Me" paper, this was by far the easiest paper I was able to write. I was able to put into words everything I wanted to talk about in this assignment. For the past papers I had to do, I had difficulty. I think this paper was easier for me due to the amount of knowledge and education Dr. Rivera had provided since day one of this semester. Do you all agree with me? If so, help me in showing our appreciation to Dr. Rivera. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DR. RIVERA. YOU ARE A GREAT EDUCATOR. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL ALLOW ME THE OPPORTUNITY FOR ONE DAY, WHEN I BECOME A TEACHER, TO USE THE PASSION YOU HAVE FOR TEACHING YOUNG ONES LIKE MYSELF AND OUR CLASS!

See you all on Tuesday.

Jovie,

You're very welcome! As a professor, I feel that it's important to meet the needs of all of my students. I'm glad that you've learned much on the writing process, and I encourage you to effectively apply what you have learned. Keep up the good work!

Best regards,
Dr. Rivera

I agree. This paper is not as difficult as the others. I am not that confident with our previous test. I hope I did well, but I know you did! :)
